Our Handling: TrueSolve AI does not claim ownership of content you upload. Your documents are stored in isolated tenant environments, are not shared with other users, and are not used to train our AI models.
TrueSolve AI does not store, distribute, or include any copyrighted manufacturer manuals, OEM documentation, or trademarked content in its base platform. The platform's pre-indexed knowledge base consists exclusively of publicly available regulatory information. Users are solely responsible for ensuring they have proper rights to any documents they upload.

AI-Generated Content: TrueSolve AI's responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended to assist — not replace — professional judgment. While we strive for accuracy and provide citations to source materials, AI-generated content may contain errors or omissions. Users should independently verify critical information before making decisions in safety-critical, legal, medical, or regulatory contexts.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueSolve AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your uploaded content, or your violation of these Terms.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Services will cease. We will retain your data for 30 days following termination to allow for data export, after which it will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orlando, Florida.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our website at least 30 days before they take effect.
